-Moisturizing your skin: Skin must be moist after getting a hot and warm shower in winters. For glowing and healthy skin moisturizing is one of the most important steps you need to follow. Moisturize your skin either with a lotion or with coconut oil, castor oil or olive oil, and so on.
-Drink lots of water daily: People usually feel thirsty in summers but when winter comes they drink less or drink it in a less quantity. If you drink less you feel dehydrated. Get a hydrated body or refill your system with water and get glowing skin.
-Wash your face with warm water: In winter, hot showers will relax your muscles, but nothing can be worse for your skin than hot water. It makes your skin flaky and dry. If you have sensitive skin. You wouldn’t feel too cold and also wouldn't encourage natural oils to slough off your face easily.
- Do not scrub your skin a lot: scrubbing more helps to remove dead cells from your skin and get glowing and soft skin. But during winter you must be very careful while scrubbing your face. Don’t scrub your skin daily. Scrub your skin once a week this will help to regenerate and better product absorption. For dry skin, scrub your skin lightly. For oily skin, scrub your skin once a week.
-Replenish your skin in the evening: If you want to see healthy skin, when you are resting for around 7-8 hours, you should not forget to replenish it at night. Before you sleep, indulge in deep moisturization with oils so that you can wake up with beautifully supple skin.
-Exercise: Exercise will pump up your heart rate, which in turn fills your organs and skin with more blood. The oil and sweat glands in your body and blood vessels constrict a little during the winter. This makes it impossible for your skin to naturally maintain itself safe and radiant, and that's why it needs your assistance.
